Got any tips for timing takeoff on long jump? It seems to have changed because I’m constantly fouling now versus when I had almost perfect timing all the time

Takeoff timing
Any tips for getting my takeoff timing back to 99-100%? I was doing great for a couple of weeks. Now I’m constantly fouling and it appears I’m barely over the line. If I don’t could I’m jumping at 85-90% takeoff.
